Honey is in fact a highly respected natural remedy not only in the wellness community but in places where conventional medicine is not so redly available. The recipe in the recipe is: One tablespoon of raw local honey and one half tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Ingest one teaspoon daily in addition to a healthy routine. Three times a day at the first sign of a weakened immune system.
